By accessing or using API Pay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

API Pay provides access to AI models on a pay-per-request basis. Users connect their Phantom wallet and are charged $0.05 in SOL per request. No account registration or API keys are required.

3. Payment

Each request is charged at $0.05 equivalent in SOL, deducted directly from your connected Phantom wallet. Payments are non-refundable once a request has been processed. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient SOL balance in your wallet.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use API Pay to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Use automated systems to abuse the service

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated through API Pay belongs to you. However, we make no guarantees about the originality or copyright status of AI-generated content. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

API Pay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
